Lead Safe Westchester Grant Program The Westchester County Planning Department is accepting applications for grant funds to reduce lead-based paint, dust, and other safety hazards in low and moderate income housing. as part of the Lead Safe Westchester Program. Due too limited funding priority applications are accepted and processed on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to households with occupants under 6 years old and pregnant women. To qualify for the program residents must meet certain income guidelines. Applications are open so apply now!
